" This attractive and deceptive Grade II listed property is found in a prominent position in the very heart of the village on the corner of Vicarage Road and Pengarth Road. This unique well-appointed home offers a wealth of history and a tremendous amount of character throughout. For some 90 years the property was the village shoe-shop before being totally refurbished some 10 years ago into this excellent versatile family home. Downstairs comprises three reception rooms all classically presented with individual period features.
