" Trelawney Farmhouse is a superb and very attractive period double fronted, four bedroom farmhouse, presented to the highest standard throughout. Our clients have made significant improvements during their ownership and have implemented a stunning transformation of the gardens and grounds. They have created a wonderful oasis and have stocked the gardens with a range of specimen plants and shrubs. This fine home offers a very flexible and appealing layout with the ground floor accommodation flowing from room to room perfectly. The 35 ft living room in particular provides a wonderful family space and also allows plenty of room for entertaining and dining. This room boasts an open fireplace with a wood burner at either end, along with exposed ceiling beams and easy access to either the conservatory or the front garden.

Location This wonderfully spacious and versatile family home is located in the small rural hamlet of Towntanna, just minutes from the popular village of Ponsanooth. This village is perfectly situated for an easy commute to both the towns of Truro and Falmouth, four and seven miles distant respectively.

. Ponsanooth itself benefits from a public house, post office, primary school and many local bus services. The village is within easy striking distance to beaches on both the north and south coasts. Falmouth remains one of the most popular towns in Cornwall, is steeped in maritime history and has reputedly the third largest natural harbour in the world which handles commercial shipping and recreational sailing alike. There are many attractions to be enjoyed locally with Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum leading the way, plus a wide variety of shops and galleries in the town centre. Newquay Airport has flights to London Gatwick and other UK and European destinations and is approximately twenty five miles from the property.

Trelawney will be found on the left hand side as the white signpost for Stithians comes into view.
