" Rivendell occupies an inconspicuous position at the end of a south facing terrace set back from Barnoon Hill. The sea views from the living room on the first floor are stunning and take in St Ives Harbour, Gwithian, Godrevy Lighthouse and the northern coastline as far as Trevose Head. The property benefits from 2 parking spaces, which is quite a rarity for such a central location in St Ives. Porthmeor Beach, popular with surfers and families, and Tate St Ives are just a short walk down the other side of the hill, whilst the harbour, great restaurants, shops and galleries are also only a short stroll away. The reverse level accommodation has gas central heating and double glazing and comprises on the ground floor a hall, utility room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
