Located in a prominent position close to the beach and sea makes this property an ideal holiday home or holiday rental property. There are two further bright double bedrooms which also have fitted wardrobes, plus both rooms have the addition of en-suite shower rooms. While the ample fourth bedroom also has fitted wardrobes.

The vaulted ceiling with inset spot lights, to the large window with fantastic sea views are just a taste of what this room offers. Location Location
The village of Praa Sands is located on the coast edge approximately half way between the towns popular of Penzance and Helston. Both offering a variety of shops, supermarkets, schools and amenities.
The main feature is the extensive sandy beach which stretches for about a mile between Hoe Point in the west and Rinsey Head in the east. In the summer the beach is a popular family tourist destination. Facilities in the town include a fish and chip shop, a pub right on the beach front, plus a post office, general stores, surf shop and a golf club.


. There is also a bit of history here. Just inland from the beach is Pengersick Castle. Built for refuge and defence, its four-storey tower dates back to the 16th century. This has ties with smuggling, wrecking plus Pengersick is said to have been the birth place of John Carter, also known as the King of Prussia. Contraband was landed at Praa Sands and apparently unloaded at the west-end of the beach into a tunnel that once led to the house.
