Ashby Villa is a very attractive detached period house located in the heart of Tregony Village on the very edge of the Roseland Peninsula. The house was purchased by the current owners in 2010 and prior to this was owned by the local vet for nearly 50 years so required complete renovation. The house has been modernised in a very sympathetic way and retains much charm and character including high ceilings, feature fireplaces with modern additions including a highly efficient biomass central heating system, quality kitchen and bathrooms, re-wiring, new plumbing and replacement double glazing last year.

The house occupies a very large plot in the centre of the village with delightful enclosed rear gardens, which are extremely private, ideal for enthusiastic gardeners, energetic children and pets. A side driveway leads to a gravelled parking area for several vehicles and there is potential to create further parking and possibly a garage at the bottom of the garden as there is rear access from Back Lane.

The accommodation has a versatile layout over two floors, a feature of this property are the well proportioned rooms with very high ceilings, and large hallway with tessellated tiled floor which creates an impressive entrance. Whilst there are three double bedrooms on the first floor, there is potential to create further bedrooms downstairs as there are several reception rooms.
