A charming traditional two bedroomed mid-terraced character cottage, situated in a sought after location with the benefit of a southerly aspect over looking The Village Green, in this picturesque village famous for it's 'Round Houses' in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula just over 1.5 miles from the tiny harbour of Portloe and superb sandy beaches at Carne and Pendower.

Location    Considered to be one of the prettiest of all the Roseland villages, Veryan has the famous Round Houses, together with the attractive water gardens, church, Inn and a village shop/post office, which caters for day-to-day requirements. In addition there is a Sports and Social Club (including indoors bowls), plus a primary school.

.    The area is noted for its breath-taking coastal scenery and lovely walks. The tiny harbour of Portloe and superb sandy beaches at Carne and Pendower are just over one mile away.

.    For the keen sailor, the excellent day-sailing waters of the Fal Estuary and Percuil River are available in St Mawes which is approximately eight miles distant.

.    St Mawes offers a larger selection of individual shops, banks, hotels, restaurants and a regular passenger ferry service to the Port of Falmouth.
