A charming light & spacious two bedroomed Grade II listed barn conversion, located in a courtyard setting of converted barns which were formerly part of the Parc Behan Estate which was built by Jeremiah Trist, the local vicar, around 1815 and who also built the famous Round Houses in the village. Tucked away in a small select development of only five barn conversions, this is the first unit to become available on the open market since their conversion in 1998.

Location    Considered to be one of the prettiest of all of the Roseland villages, Veryan has the famous Round Houses together with the attractive water gardens, church and a village shop, which caters for day-to-day requirements.

*    The area is noted for its breath-taking coastal scenery, also the lovely walks and the superb sandy beaches at Carne and Pendower, which are approximately one and a half miles distant. For the keen sailor, the excellent day-sailing waters of the Fal Estuary and Percuil River are available in St Mawes, which is approximately eight miles distant.

*    St Mawes offers a selection of individual shops, banks, hotels, restaurants and a regular passenger ferry service to the Port of Falmouth.

Description    1 Parc Behan Court comprises a charming light and spacious barn conversion, located in a courtyard setting of converted barns which were formerly part of the Parc Behan Estate. Jeremiah Trist, the local vicar, built Parc Behan in 1815 and he also built the famous Round Houses in the village.
