Location    Portscatho needs no introduction to those familiar with the Roseland Peninsula being in one of the most popular villages in the area, with its delightful small harbour, lovely coastal walks right on the doorstep and day-to-day shopping facilities, including a mini-market/newsagent, post office, butchers, public house and restaurant. In addition, there are several art galleries plus an arts and craft shop. There is a year-round community and a primary school and pretty church in the adjoining village of Gerrans, approximately half a mile distant. There is also a doctor's surgery approximately 400 yards distant. The Cathedral City of Truro is approximately 17 miles distant, less via the King Harry car ferry.
