SITUATION Hogus View is situated in a picturesque rural position approximately one-and-a-half miles from the centre of the pretty coastal town of Marazion and the splendour of Mounts Bay.
 
Marazion stands on the shores of Mounts Bay and is perhaps best known for the majesty of St Michaels Mount.
