Situated in a highly desirable area within Illogan is this spacious detached bungalow. The accommodation is extensive. Even though in places the property could do with some updating we feel that the potential is vast. The large lounge leading out to a spacious conservatory is certainly a nice feature. There is also nicely presented kitchen/diner. The three bedrooms are good sizes with two doubles and a single. The passage way linking the property to the garage has a separate shower room and storage area. The garage itself has its own inspection pit.
