" This beautifully presented, charming character cottage is located in the sought after village of Troon, just outside Camborne. The cottage is within walking distance of the village amenities including a convenience store and public house, whilst only being a few miles from the more extensive range of amenities at Camborne and Pool.The cottage itself dates back to circa 1900 and retains a wealth of its inherent character features including the large granite fireplace in the lounge. It has been sympathetically modernised over the years to include uPVC double glazing and central heating with underfloor heating to the bathroom, and boasts a large extension to the rear.
