" LOCATION:
Camborne is located in West Cornwall near the North coast and has a population of over 20,000. Originally just a village until transformed by the mining boom in the late eighteenth century which saw the Camborne and Redruth district become the richest mining area in the world. With a mainline station and easy access  to the recently improved A30 transport links to the rest of the UK are good (trains to Paddington take around 5 hours without the need to change).

DIRECTIONS: 
From Pool B & Q  head north down the A3047 Tolvaddon Road for 0.4 miles turn left after going under the A30 . Take the second on the right (after 0.2 miles into Tregarrian Road).  No 13 is on the left after 70 yards.

GENERAL:
Tregarrian Road is a three bedroom semi detached house situated half a mile north of Pool adjacent to Tehidy Gardens and comprises; a through lounge diner, fitted kitchen, utility room with cloakroom and upstairs shower room. An ideal family home, the property has double glazing, night storage heaters, gardens, garage, workshop and parking.
