" LOCATION:
Camborne is located in West Cornwall near the North coast and has a population of over 20,000. Originally just a village until transformed by the mining boom in the late eighteenth century which saw the Camborne and Redruth district become the richest mining area in the world. With a mainline station and easy access to the recently improved A30 transport links to the rest of the UK are good (trains to Paddington take around 5 hours without the need to change).

DIRECTIONS:
From Pool B & Q  head north down the A3047 Tolvaddon Road for 0.4 miles. Go under the A30 and immediately turn left, No 14 is on the right.

GENERAL:
No 14 is a 2 bedroom terraced house situated half a mile north of Pool and comprises; porch, lounge, fitted kitchen/diner, bathroom and garage. An ideal starter home, the property has pleasant views to the southwest, front and rear gardens and additional parking.

APPROACH:
Located on Boswithian Road the property has parking to the front and rear. A wall separates the houses from the road and a pathway runs inside the wall. To get to the garage at the rear take the first turning on the right then turn right again. No 14 is near the end on the right.

The white suite comprises; corner shower cubicle with shower over, low level WC with close coupled cistern and corner mounted pedestal wash hand basin. Lit by an obscure double glazed window in the rear elevation, the walls are micro tiled, the lighting is distributed. There is a heated towel rail and the floor is tiled.
