Located within a cul-de-sac in one of Porthleven's prime residential areas is this well proportioned two bedroom detached bungalow which enjoys rural views to the rear over Breage side. Porthleven is a popular fishing village with the harbour being only a short walk away. The property benefits by having no onward chain, majority Upvc double glazing and electric storage heating.

The village has a picturesque harbour which is still used by fisherman today and is popular amongst locals and holiday makers alike. On from the pier is Porthleven Sands which leads to Loe Bar with its shingled barrier which separates the county's largest natural fishing water lake Loe Pool from Mounts Bay. Loe Pool is now part of the National Trust Penrose Estate and is without doubt one of the beautiful areas in Cornwall. Nearby is the traditional market town of Helston which boasts much history and charm and stands at the gateway to The Lizard peninsula which is Britain's most Southerly point and benefits from numerous picturesque fishing villages.
