Located in the heart of the much sought after creekside village of Mylor Bridge. Beautifully presented throughout and highly insulated with oil fired central heating and double glazing. Large enclosed garden enjoying a sunny aspect.

5 Lemon Hill is a very attractive double fronted period cottage located in the centre of Mylor Bridge which is a popular village located at the end of Mylor Creek. The cottage is thought to have been built in the 1850's and retains much charm and character yet has many modern additions including a large sun room at the rear, oil fired central heating, double glazing and the high level of insulation reduces the running costs considerably. The property is beautifully presented throughout with light and spacious rooms. The kitchen is well appointed with modern kitchen units, solid wooden work surfaces, integral appliances and an Everhot range cooker. Mylor Bridge is a particularly sought after village not least for its position at the head of the tidal creek which extends up into the centre of the village and is surrounded by picturesque wooded countryside. It is popular with the sailing fraternity and there are deep water moorings, marina facility and restaurants at nearby Mylor Churchtown. The village has a good selection of amenities for everyday needs including post office and shop, primary school, church, fish mongers, dentist, doctors and butcher as well as a village hall with the usual programme of social activities. There is a passenger ferry to Falmouth from nearby Flushing. The cathedral and shopping centre of Truro is about nine miles away.
