" An extremely stylish and exceptionally well presented family home of extravagant proportions set in a quiet, tucked away location within the fabulous village of Mawnan Smith, close to Helford River and Falmouth Bay. Bosvethan is an extremely spacious and versatile four / five bedroom family home measuring an impressive 4352 Sq ft, with an additional two bedroom self-contained first floor apartment, situated in a charming rural location of the edge of the village of Mawnan Smith.

The property itself sits within a generous level plot of approximately ? an acre, situated at the end of an exclusive private lane, accessed from Carlidnack Lane. Carlidnack Lane also has a footpath leading along a picturesque valley walk to Maenporth Beach and south west coastal path. Close by is Falmouth Bay and four miles to the north is the expanding port and sailing centre of Falmouth.

Directions From our offices in Truro, take the A39 towards Falmouth, at the Treluswell crossroads continue straight over and at the next double roundabout continue over the first and take the second exit at the second roundabout to Mabe Burnthouse. Continue through the village going past Argal Resevoir on your right hand side and at the next crossroads continue straight across to Mawnan Smith. On entering Mawnan Smith and a short distance after the garage, take the left hand acute turn, continue down this road for a short distance where Carlidnack Lane will be found on the right hand side. Go down here and after approximately 150 yards you will see a turning on the left for Bosvethnan. Continue down here where Bosvethnan is the second house on the left.
