" Located within Swans Reach on the south-western outskirts of Falmouth, close to Swanpool and the surrounding countryside, a 2008-built 3-double bedroomed semi-detached house with family accommodation arranged over 3-storeys, enjoying far-reaching sea views to the rear and benefiting from an attached garage with driveway parking, lawned rear garden and to be sold with the residue of a 10 year NHBC guarantee.
