" An unusual opportunity to purchase this good-sized detached family home with no onward chain which has 4 bedrooms and two good sized reception rooms. The property is situated at the head of a quiet residential cul- de-sac within easy reach of junior and senior schools and Falmouth town itself. The property has been updated and improved by the current owners and would provide either good-sized family living accommodation or alternatively a good-sized main home for somebody retiring who may need extra space for visiting family.

As before mentioned the property is set within a small cul-de-sac and the property is conveniently located for the Falmouth senior school which is within easy walking distance and also a number of primary schools which are also within walking distance. As you approach the property to the front there is parking for 2-3 cars.

Internally the good sized living accommodation comprises: entrance porch leading to an L-shaped hallway, living room measuring 17'6 x 12' this with views out over the rear garden and also having a multi-fuel stove, a good-sized separate dining room along with kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 ground floor bedrooms plus a ground floor re-fitted bathroom/WC and further ground floor re-fitted shower room/WC. To the first floor there are two further double bedrooms. The property also has a good-sized garage measuring 24' long x 10'2 which would ideally suit someone wishing to have a workshop at the rear or alternatively this space could be converted to a utility room, as there is already a small wall mounted washing hand basin and plumbing for washing machine.

Externally the front gardens are mainly laid for ease of maintenance whilst to the side and rear there are good-sized lawned gardens which are enclosed by mature hedging, bushes and trees. Immediately to the side of the kitchen there is a timber decked patio area measuring 23'5 x 9'5 and this enjoys a southerly aspect and an outlook over the surrounding area. The property is for sale with no onward chain and in order to appreciate the property fully we do recommend an internal inspection.
