" Located in the heart of the town, minutes from the harbourside, a faultlessly presented 2-storey apartment, providing refurbished/updated 2-bedroomed accommodation, also benefiting from a modern central heating system, recent uPVC double glazing, and its own private ground floor entrance.

THE PROPERTY A highly appealing and interesting maisonette with its own ground floor entrance door from Webber Street, which connects Falmouth Moor with the harbourside surrounding the Prince of Wales Pier, and consequently the town's central retail shops, public services including boat trips and main bus station, along with the ever-improving restaurants, cafes and eateries which are either literally 'on the doorstep' or within a couple of minutes' walk.
