" This totally deceptive three bedroomed semi-detached house gives a most misleading impression from the front exterior as to the size of accommodation that is on offer. Enjoying a Westerly front elevation aspect, with views over Truro river and the countryside beyond, the property is found at the end of a cul-de-sac on the Eastern side of Truro City centre and backs onto open fields. With the advantage of a gas central heating system and double-glazing, this spacious home benefits from a separate dining room, a lounge with a gas fire and an additional French door to the rear garden and the kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a hob, oven and hood. To the first floor, the master bedroom has a large ensuite shower room and wonderful views from a large feature bay window, whilst externally to the rear there is a most useful covered way with two storage sheds and essentially the gardens around the property have been designed for low maintenance and to the front and side elevations enjoy distant rural views. The property is ideally located a short distance from the City centre, yet is near some wonderful creekside river walks. A viewing is strongly recommended and again, this office emphasizes that the property is most deceptive from the front elevation.
