SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION

6 Yonder Meadow is one of a small group of detached bungalows constructed some fifty years ago and located in a delightful little cul de sac on the edge of the charming village of Stoke Gabriel. Over the years this property has been modernised and extended and now has three large bedrooms, a very large living room

(which could be sub-divided if required) and a well -proportioned kitchen/breakfast room. The gardens are delightful and fairly level backing onto woodlands. The property features upvc double glazing and mains gas fired central heating.

Stoke Gabriel is one of the most popular villages in the South Hams. Strategically located in a delightful, rural position adjacent to Mill Pond and close to the River Dart, it is off all the main thoroughfares yet only about three miles drive from both Paignton and the historic town of Totnes. The excellent village facilities include primary school, two public houses/restaurants and several shops and tea rooms. A range of facilities to suit almost every need can be found in either Paignton or Totnes.

To locate the property from Totnes, follow the A385 towards Paignton. After approximately three miles, turn right at Longcombe Cross signposted Aish. Proceed through the hamlet of Aish. After a further half mile turn right signposted Stoke Gabriel. At the T-junction at the end of this road turn left signposted Paignton and take the second turning left, just before the garage, into Yonder Meadow. Number 6 will be found on the right hand side.
