DIRECTIONS
From The Plains in Totnes proceed along Coronation Road. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Station Road and continue along the road, over the railway bridge, and at the traffic lights take the left hand lane for Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Proceed up the Western Bypass and take the right hand lane. Take right at the lights and proceed along the Plymouth Road. Number 31 will be found on the left hand side just after the turning for Broomborough Drive.

Totnes is an ancient market town and river port in the South Hams area of South Devon.
