" A light and spacious two bedroom Victorian character cottage, dating from 1874, tucked away within walking distance of all amenities in Kingsbridge town. The property retains period features and benefits from a sunny south facing front garden with outbuildings to the rear. There is also scope to extend, subject to the necessary planning consents. The South Hams offers miles of National Trust coastline and the market town of Kingsbridge, situated at the head of the Salcombe Estuary, boasts two supermarkets, various pubs and restaurants, churches, library, leisure centre and well regarded schools. The tidal estuary is a particular attraction for sailing and wild life enthusiasts and access is provided via slipways or from the newly installed pontoons.
