" Facing south in a level position in what is reputed to be one of Brixham's oldest streets, a charming three bedroom CHARACTER COTTAGE with both a garden and a garage - a very rare combination! The cottage boasts a wealth of original character including stripped timber doors and ceiling beams on the top floor.  The accommodation is arranged over three floors.  On the ground floor in the main sitting room and kitchen/breakfast room with French doors opening onto the garden.  The bedrooms and shower room are on the upper two floors.  Behind and to the side of the cottage is a sheltered garden.  The trump card in this location is the generously proportioned garage attached to the cottage.  There is gas fired central heating and uPVC framed double glazing, however some updating and improvement is now required.
