" A very neat modern SEMI DETACHED BUNGALOW, standing on a virtually level plot and enjoying a most pleasant open aspect over the surrounding area with the green fields beyond.  The bungalow was built in 2000 and has been occupied by the current owners since new.  The property offers a very easily run home with gas fired central heating and uPVC framed double glazed windows and doors.  Both the lounge and the kitchen/breakfast room are of a good size and the bedroom has a fitted double wardrobe.  The garden is easily maintained.  The property has its own parking space virtually adjacent.  Hugely deceptive from a roadside glance the bungalow warrants an early viewing.
