This VICTORIAN SEMI-DETACHED COTTAGE is conveniently located within striking distance of the town and quayside and enjoys some lovely views of the Harbour, Marina, Breakwater and Torbay, as well as views to the south west of the fields at Southdown Hill and Summercombe. About 1/2 a mile away are very pleasant coastal walks at Battery Gardens and the coves at Fishcombe and Churston.

There are some views of the sea from the kitchen, but the best views are enjoyed from the sun lounge on the second floor - we do recommend a personal inspection to appreciate.
