Brixham is situated at the southern end of Torbay on the edge of the South Hams and is historically well known as a fishing port. The town is some 8 miles south of Torquay and about 30 miles south of Exeter. On the doorstep of the renowned South Hams, South Coast Footpath and famous sailing and naval centre of Dartmouth, Brixham is strategically located to be an attractive residential and holiday town. The property is situated up a private driveway from Higher Manor Road and enjoys an elevated position overlooking the town within a short walk of the main shopping precinct and famous harbour.
