When you step into this home, the first thing that hits you is how large and bright it is, quickly followed by how beautifully it's been decorated throughout. A porch at the front door provides access to a Utility room before you step into the main hallway. This hallway is a great space - the real wood floors extend from here through the rest of the house and the wooden stair banister add to the elegant feel. It's such a large hallway that the current owners have built an office into the area under the stairs - a great hideaway!

The kitchen is finished well with plenty of storage cupboards, worktop space and integrated appliances. A downstairs WC has been created to save muddy footprints trailing up to the bathroom on the first floor. The garden is easily maintained and has a large shed which currently doubles as a "man-cave"...

The living room extends along the whole left side of the property and is over eight metres in length! Plenty of space for a dining room table and chairs, a feature fireplace, a couple of large sofa's and a widescreen TV. Even with all that in place, you could still have room to roller-skate if the urge came over you - it really is that big!
