This three bedroom property is in a very popular, well designed area. Ideal for families - there are Primary and Secondary schools within easy walking distance and it's close to main bus routes to Paignton, Torquay and Brixham.

The house is situated within a modern, attractive development and Number 49 sits near to a great little park / play area where children can play safely.

The front door opens onto a small hallway and tucked away to the right is a useful WC - an important feature when children are rushing in and out of the house, it certainly saves them crashing through the whole house to use the Loo!

A second door leads through to the large, bright living / dining areas. The dividing arch offers an "open-plan" feeling whilst also maintaining a separate dining area, big enough to accommodate a large table and chairs. The picture says it all! The living area is a good size and there is a decent sized cupboard under the stairs to tidy away toys / vacuum cleaners etc.
