The junction to the A380 via the B3192 is just under 5-miles away, which can be used to access the A38 and the M5, offering an easy commute to Exeter and beyond.

This attractive detached bungalow occupies a good corner plot position within this popular residential area. The extended accommodation is spacious and pleasant with the principal rooms enjoying lovely views across the town, the estuary and out to sea. There are cupboards and drawers, open shelves and tiled splash backs.
