A modern two bedroom flat in an exclusive development of retirement properties.  The flat is on the top floor and comes with a large balcony giving extensive views towards Meldon Hill and Castle Drogo.  There are just 6 flats in the block with a lift and a wide staircase for access.  It also benefits from its own garage plus a parking space in front of the garage.  There are also visitor spaces.  The development has a private shared garden with a summer house and chairs which owners may enjoy.

On entering the oak floored hall, there are two large storage cupboards, one of which contains the boiler. Approx dimensions, 1.18m x 7.4m.

The master bedroom faces to the rear and is carpeted.  It has a very large built in wardrobe.  Approx dimensions 3.14m x 4.8m. The large en-suite contains a large shower. Approx dimensions 2.9m x 2.1m.

The second bedroom faces to the front and is a good sized double with fitted cupboards. Carpeted flooring. Approx dimensions 3.7m x 2.7m.

The family bathroom has a bath and a large shower as well as an airing cupboard. Approx dimensions 2.8m x 2.5m.
