DIRECTIONS
From The Plains in Totnes proceed along Coronation Road and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Station Road. Follow the road along and at the traffic lights head straight on to Ashburton Road. Follow the road into the village of Dartington and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit for Buckfastleigh. Follow this road for approximately 4 miles, over the A38 expressway and at the mini roundabout take right onto Buckfast road then bear left. At the mini roundabout turn left and then bear right onto Higher Mill Lane and take left onto Grange Road. Continue onto Hockmoor Hill and follow the road through the village of Scorrition. After passing the Church House Inn take immediate left and proceed up the hill and Bakers Park is the last turning on the Right on the edge of the village.

The village of Holne is one of the most popular on South Dartmoor. With its medieval Church House Inn, community run shop and tea rooms and thriving community, it is all that an English village should be. The ancient Stannary town of Ashburton, with its specialist shops and highly regarded South Dartmoor School Academy is about 3 miles away, as is Buckfast Abbey, Buckastleigh and access to the A38 Expressway which links Plymouth and Exeter to the motorway network.
