From its lofty position atop the grand Abbotsleigh House which dates back to 1848, the apartment enjoys fabulous views of the gardens and grounds to the north and east, and a breathtaking southerly vista. Set in five acres of gardens and grounds with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, The Priory has 43 cottages and apartments centred around a magnificent listed Victorian Priory which houses extensive leisure and social facilities. ACCOMMODATION A glazed timber door leads into a private entrance lobby, which in turn leads to the wide central entrance hall. The entrance hall leads to two generous double bedrooms, the family bathroom, the cloakroom, the kitchen and the expansive sitting and dining room. Both bedrooms have delightful gothic arched windows and are fitted with built-in wardrobes, whilst one has a useful built-in corner shower cubicle. The family bathroom is fitted with a panelled bath with electric shower over, a pedestal washbasin, WC and a window over Priory Court. The cloakroom is fitted with a pedestal washbasin, WC and the kitchen is fitted with matching base and wall units with roll edge work surfaces, a 4-burner electric hob, an eye-level oven and microwave, space for an American style refrigerator/freezer and a stainless steel sink-and-a-half with chrome mixer tap. The spacious sitting room and dining room are found through wide double doors, enjoy lovely views on three sides and are separated by an original feature fire, no longer in use.
