SITUATION The Priory is situated off a quiet country lane in a delightful prime position on the outskirts of the village of Abbotskerswell, set within 5 acres of landscaped gardens and grounds with a southerly aspect with splendid views over the South Devon countryside. There is a mainline railway station in the town providing speedy access to London Paddington, together with a comprehensive range of shopping and recreational facilities, primary and secondary schools, and there are plenty of golf courses within the area. The A380 provides access to Exeter and the motorway network.
