DIRECTIONS
Proceed out of Newton Abbot on the A381 towards Totnes and carry straight on at the Ogwell roundabout. After a short distance, take the left hand hairpin turn to Abbotskerswell and proceed down the hill towards the centre of the village. As you approach the bottom of the hill, take the left turn into Forde Close and at the T junction turn left again. Number 17 will be found on the left hand side.

Abbotskerswell has an unspoiled village atmosphere with two inns, a post office, an excellent general store, church and a well regarded primary school. The towns of Newton Abbot, Torbay and Totnes are all within easy reach. Newton Abbot and Totnes have many amenities including various shops, superstores, hospitals, Primary and Secondary schools, leisure centres, and rail stations on the London Paddington - Plymouth main lines.
