SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION
Odlehill Grove is a superbly located quiet cul-de-sac within the favoured village of Abbotskerswell. Abbotskerswell is a desirable village with thatched properties, a shop, church, primary school and pub. Newton Abbot is approximately two miles away. The market town of Newton Abbot has a thriving community and a wide range of facilities and amenities including primary and secondary schools, hospitals, superstores, shops, cinema, leisure centre and race course. There are good road communications, with easy dual carriageway access from Newton Abbot to Plymouth, Exeter and the motorway network beyond. Newton Abbot has a main line station on the London Paddington - Plymouth line, and the seaside towns of Torbay and Teignmouth are within easy reach, as are the open spaces of Dartmoor National Park.5 Odlehill Grove is a mature detached bungalow, situated in a lovely position in this enviable village.
