" A fabulous detached home in the highly sought-after town of Kingsteignton with plenty of shops, supermarkets and amenities. There is a choice of primary and secondary schools. It has excellent transport links with the A380 to Torbay and Exeter as well as the A38 to Plymouth. For trips further afield there is the mainline railway station. Comprising entrance hall, lounge diner, kitchen, utility room, wc and integral garage on the ground floor. On the first floor are four bedrooms, master with en-suite and dressing area, as well as a family bathroom with four piece suite. Outside there is parking on the drive and gardens to the front and rear. All of this and with no onward chain !!
