SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION

The property is a Grade II listed barn conversion, formerly a Linhay, designed by a local architect. The accommodation is full of period charm and character features with beams, stone walls and full length windows which flood the lounge with light. The living accommodation is interesting and cleverly designed being split over two levels, whilst on the first floor there are two stylish bedrooms and family bathroom.

The small town of Buckfastleigh has a good range of local shops and facilities to suit most needs. Situated within Dartmoor National Park, some of the most beautiful parts of the moor are within easy reach. The town is by-passed by the A38 Expressway which links Plymouth and Exeter to the motorway network. Totnes is approximately seven miles distant and Newton Abbot about nine miles away.

To locate the property from the Dartbridge access off the A38, follow sign posts to Buckfast Abbey. Continue on the road past the Abbey on your right hand side and proceed up the steep hill. Pass the crossroads at the top of the hill and proceed down the other side. Turn first right and then right again after Silver Street. Parking on the left hand side, the property will be found located down a small alleyway beyond a small private parking area.
