SITUATION Bowerdon Cottages has considerable potential for improvement and is set in a lovely rural, but not isolated position. Set in 3.75 acres, with 1.27 acres set within the curtilage, consisting of a parking area, part wooden constructed stable block and a vast array of mature trees, shrubs and grazing pasture.
