SITUATION & DESCRIPTION

Number 3 High Holly is one of a terrace of three properties constructed out of the former doctors' surgery, the replacement for which is nearby. Slightly different to most standard, terraced houses of the period, number 3 High Holly has higher than average ceilings and a clever downstairs design which allows for a ground floor bedroom and separate shower room leading from an inner hall which makes this property suitable for the elderly or disabled. Off the L shaped kitchen is a very useful, separate dining room and the property has a pretty and easily maintained back garden. To locate the property from the A38 access at Dartbridge for Buckfastleigh, follow the signpost for the Dart Valley Steam railway and Butterfly Farm. Proceed past the entrance to the steam railway and continue along the road for approximately one quarter of a mile. Then turn sharp right into Plymouth Road. After a further quarter of a mile turn left into Bossell Road and High Holly is the second turning on the right hand side.
