" A very well presented, detached house in a good position on the edge of the town centre.

SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION
12 Plymouth Road is a Victorian residence which has been much altered over the years to create comfortable, modern, family accommodation. With a living room which is nearly thirty feet long, this property is ideal for a family with children. The primary school is about a hundred yards away. With well proportioned rooms throughout, the master bedroom upstairs features a large en suite bathroom. Downstairs is a well fitted kitchen adjacent to which is a large room, used as a study and utility room. The cream on the cake of 12 Plymouth Road is its garden and parking facilities. The back garden is level and of a good size with a pleasant lawn. As well as having a detached, single garage, there is off road parking for approximately two motor vehicles in front of it.
