SITUATION
This unfurnished one bedroom period cottage is conveniently located near to Buckfastleigh's centre. Although there is no parking belonging to the property, the is a public car park in Station Road, nearby.

Buckfastleigh itself is situated on the lower slopes of the Dartmoor National Park and is within easy reach of all the amenities the Moor has to offer. The Town offers a variety of local amenities including leisure and sporting facilities and boasts excellent commuter links via the A38 Devon Expressway to Torquay, Plymouth, Exeter and beyond.

DIRECTIONS

From the A38 take to turning to Buckfastleigh. At the first roundabout turn left onto Dart Bridge Road. Elliott Plain will be seen on the right hand side, after about 1 mile. There is some on-road parking and a car park in Station Road, nearby.
