SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION

Rosebank is a substantial, detached house located in a non-estate setting near the centre of Buckfastleigh, about 100 yards from the primary school and 300 yards from the shops. Constructed approximately 20 years ago, Rosebank has been modernised and extended to provide a very large, family home. The small moorland town of Buckfastleigh has a good range of local shops and facilities and is by-passed by the A38 Expressway which links Plymouth and Exeter to the motorway network Situated within Dartmoor National Park, some of the most beautiful parts of the moor are close by. Rosebank is located about 50 yards up from the Health Centre on the left hand side.
