Location
Buckfastleigh is a small market town situated beside the A38 Devon Expressway and within the Dartmoor National Park. With the A38 providing a direct link to the cities of Plymouth and Exeter as well as the M5, which makes it a great location for commuters. The town itself has a Primary school, Health centre, Post office, Newsagent and Co-Operative store, along with a variety of cafes, shops and pubs.

The town offers a wide range of tourist attractions, such as a open air swimming pool, the historic Buckfast Abbey and grounds, Dart Rock climbing centre, Pennywell Farm, the Butterfly and Otter sanctuary and the South Devon Railway. As well as providing some wonderful countryside walks across Dartmoor.

The Norman town of Totnes is approximately 7 miles away providing a wide range of amenities and shops, including a mainline railway station getting to London Paddington in approximately 3 hours.

Description
This two bedroom Victorian mid terrace cottage, is tucked away in a quiet location within walking distance of Fore Street. It has been recently sympathetically refurbished by the current owner and retains some beautiful character features, including original woodwork, floorboards and a Georgian fireplace.

As you enter the property there is a small sunny courtyard garden at the front, this leads into a useful utility space with plumbing for a washing machine. The kitchen has a large window to the front and a high ceiling, making the room feel very light and spacious. The kitchen is currently made up of free standing units, which will be removed by the vendor. This will allow space for someone to make the kitchen their own, there is plenty of room to put in either free standing units or a fitted kitchen.
