DIRECTIONS
From the Plains in Totnes head out along Coronation Road. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto station road. Follow the A385 all the way along heading towards Dartington. At the roundabout head straight over continuing along the A385. Continue for approx. 4 miles. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit and head over the dual carriageway. Take 1st exit at the next roundabout onto the B3372. Follow this road all the way into South Brent. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Exeter Road. Take left into Corn Park and proceed up the hill. Take the second left and follow the road around to the right. Number 42 will be seen on the right hand side.

South Brent, which is renowned for its friendliness and community spirit includes the old school community centre, primary school plus a choice of pre school facilities, sports field complete with tennis courts and pavilion and village hall.
