Main line rail services to London Paddington are also available at Newton Abbot and the property is equally well placed for easy access to all the amenities of the area, with Maidencombe beach and the Coastal Path being within walking distance, while the scenic village of Shaldon on the Teign estuary and the rest of the Torbay coastline are also within an easy drive, as is Dartmoor National Park with it's walks and other country activities.

Originally built in the 1930's of traditional construction under a tiled roof with rendered elevations and feature stone cladding to the Entrance Porch and adjacent Chimney and predominantly hardwood framed double glazing, this deceptively spacious 3 bedroom chalet bungalow offers prospective purchasers a very comfortable home as it stands but if required there is also considerable potential for extension and further development (subject to planning), particularly considering that neighbouring properties have undergone major improvements in recent years.

The second entrance into Sladnor Park Road will be found on the left hand side at the crest of the hill (just past Claddon Lane on the right) and Pine Lodge will be seen on the left as you turn in.
