" This attractive Edwardian detached home is located in one of south Tonbridge's premier roads. There are hardly any other tree lined roads, situated this close to Tonbridge High Street and train station, that can boast accommodation of this size! This makes it ideal for a family home with parents that need to travel to London or using the A21 motorway network. Also to be found locally are renowned schools including Judd School for boys and the girl’s grammar school. Having four to five kids around at one time or another, meant they needed rooms a plenty! The first floor already had 5 bedrooms and a bathroom, so the owner made good use of the loft to create a further two rooms. Downstairs already had a massive living area, as well as a separate dining room and a 20 ft kitchen to boot!If that’s not enough, then the kids can spill out into the garden (which has always got sun shining in it, at some part of the day). There is a rear access for a car which runs down a shared drive at the back and there was a garage there when they bought it.

The location here has enabled me to travel to work in the same sort of time as I could, when I used to live in London!However, you would be hard pushed to get this size of family home with schools of this calibre for less than a million pounds!We have done a lot of work including the kitchen and bathroom; created 2 usable loft rooms; painted and re-decorated throughout; put in new fireplaces; block paved the drive to the front and landscaped the back garden.
