" Surrounded by beautiful countryside and its own idyllic gardens, this imaginatively extended cottage sits within a row of period homes on the edges of Chiddingstone and retains a wealth of charm and character.
The pretty front door leads directly into the wonderful living room with its exposed brick fireplace and log burner, the mellow wood flooring, exposed beam and Georgian style window adding to the character. A pretty inset seating area with clever concealed storage is set under the staircase and to the left of this is the opening to the light and bright kitchenbreakfast room. Well-appointed with Shaker-style cabinets, integrated appliances, pretty tiled splashbacks and with a trap door to a wine cellar, this space has the feel of a garden room with a glass roof and French doors leading out to the garden and picturesque countryside beyond.
