" A fantastic home and a wonderful location on offer here with the property being a unique find in the very sought after village of Rotherfield. The current owners have lived here for the last 20 years and it is not hard to see why; with plenty of accommodation within the house and superb views. There is plenty of scope for the future and therefore this property ticks a lot of boxes for potential purchasers I am sure. There is versatile accommodation with 3/4 bedrooms, depending on how it suits you to use the space, a kitchen large enough for a dining table and a sun room to the rear with views over the rear garden. A walk up these gardens will show you the extensive garden space of approximately ½ acre which could be used at some time in the future for development, subject to the usual planning consents. This wonderful chalet bungalow is ideally placed for Rotherfield village with its selection of shops, doctor's surgery, public houses and primary school.

What the Owner says:

Quite simply it was the garden that sold us this bungalow. When we walked up the rear garden turned around and looked back at the property and saw the views with the fields surrounding we knew this was the property for us. We have updated the bungalow in the 20 years we have been here however, there is still scope for anyone wishing to put their own stamp on this home. We find that we live close enough to the village to be able to walk to the shops and doctors.
