You will find plenty of storage with a huge loft area that could offer some future potential. The kitchen is modern and has a view towards the countryside from the sink. This apartment has a private garden and a private drive that provides off street parking for 2 cars.

This apartment has served us well and we could not have been happier here as it’s such an easy place to live. You can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes and we love how peaceful it is here.We own the freehold for this apartment & number 2 and will be selling this with the property and so there should be no lease issues. Really it has given us a lot of pleasure and has worked very well as a lock up and go!
